  • Just driving past the #ISO building in Geneva. #

  • To all my twitter followers: note that my primary account is at identi.ca, twitter merely gets my dents copied. #
  • Stepover in Zuerich. On my way to Munich now. #
  • Swiss trains lack power outlets but they happen to be reliable, on time and clean. My compliments. #
  • German customs checking the train. No, I don’t carry more than 20000 euro with me, no I don’t have drugs, viruses with me. #
  • Back in Munich. Off to he doc. My eye does strange things. #
  • 4 dead at queensday in the netherlands. Guy crashed car into people. OMG. #
  • Just programmed my #mythtv box to record all the Star Trek movies. Need to buy more harddisks ;-) #

  • At the Ramada Encore for another virtual day. #
  • Trying to sneak in to another meeting im Geneva. #
  • Stuck in Geneva. Hard to get back to Munich. #
  • Stupid icehockey world championship. No hotel room available, no night train. Will sleep under the bridge I guess ;-) #
  • Ok. Another night in Geneva. No other way. #
  • Three cases of #swine-flu in Germany ATM. Need to watch 12 monkeys again ;-) #
  • Kone elevators in french speaking switzerland are called Koné. Funny. #
  • Dear #RIM. When will you add support for #ODF to your #blackberry? Open Standards support should be high prio! #
  • Let’s present :-) #
  • On my way to the hotel. Feeling bad. I don’t want to stay here. But alas. #
  • How much CHANGE will Craig Mundie from Microsoft teach Obama? http://tinyurl.com/dkc76h #
  • The full list of Obama’s tech council members. I am not impressed. Usual stuff. No real change. http://tinyurl.com/d5f6dn #
  • HOWTO hack tine.com votings. Good read. http://tinyurl.com/cs8s2d #
  • HOWTO hack time.com voting. http://tinyurl.com/cs8s2d #

  • Openoffice 3 tip: in Options – General check the open/safe OOo dialogs. This also changes print dialog. #
  • OOo dialogs allow you to print presentations with notes. On Linux you really need this. Bug or feature? #

  • Btw – Paris is up next week. Monday evening in, tuesday evening back to Munich. #
  • Ok. I give up. #needbeer wins. #
  • Boring #zuerich. Time to get some sleep. #
  • I hate low frequency noise in hotel rooms. I cannot switch it off. It keeps me from sleeping. And it is not acheap hotel. #
  • Let’s meet the dentist for the next hour. After that I can handle some light email work, I guess :-) #
  • Back in office. Dentist is my hero. No pain is wrong, but now I feel a lot better! #
  • All you VAX and Cray hackers, C64 and Apple II die-hards, Vintage Computer Festival Europe is here! Munich. May 1-3! http://www.vcfe.org #
  • Is the financial crisis combined with the internet a real opportunity for SMEs? The end of the BigCorps? Could be … #
  • BigCorps will be reduced to standardised infrastructure, innovation gets open and will be delivered the Play&Build way. I hope :-) #
  • Oracle pulling the next SCO against Linux? FUD all the way … http://tinyurl.com/cl2ex2 #
  • Finally we have the sun in Munich we hoped for in Malta ;-) #
  • Slowly I start to understand the SUN/Oracle deal. And I see how wrong it is ;-) #
  • Simply WOW. Watch the movie. Stunning. http://tinyurl.com/c3lqno #
  • On my way to the office. Thanks Ale for convincing me :-) #
  • Telco for five hours. A single one! How uncool :-( #

  • @kirstis Beer in Malta doesn’t deserve to be named beer ;-) They have decent wine however … #

  • @kirstis No wild gogo dancing this weekend ;-) But I am recovering. And finally I can drink good coffee again. But still – Summit was cool! #
  • As many have asked: My leg will recover, just needs rest. And yes, I will visit the doctor. Thanks for caring so much :-) #
  • From rainy Malta to rainy Munich. Hrmpf. #
  • Monty widenius wants to fork MySQL “the Fedora way”. Good to know ;-) #
  • The #grameen bank (microcredits) opens shop in New York with great success. #Economy2.0 at its best! #

  • #IBM thinks that the Linux Desktop is here. I tend to agree ;-) #
  • #IBM also agrees that clouds must be based on Open Standards. I have to agree again ;-) #
